Did you know that impairment ratings are the second largest value driver in a PI case?
What drives the settlement value is how severely the victim was injured and how much the victim is permanently affected. That is what the Impairment Rating is objectively able to quantify.
If you don’t Impair each case, the payor’s software defaults it to 2%.
This test has a CPT code and is billable under your medicals.
